The queen room was super cozy with everything you need like central heating to keep you warm, a safe to stash your valuables, and a TV with lots of channels to choose from! 🌟.

Good location to reach Andermatt centre walking, but at the same time in a peaceful part of the village. Ample rooms.

Clean hotel in a nice building close to the train station and city center and skiing. Reasonably spacious and huge room, nice bathroom. The super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff and their attitude. The location stunning and favourable close to town centre.

The unit is both compact and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom. the location is fantastic, situated very close to the town center and restaurants, as well as to Andermatt. the hotel is right in the heart of the town, making it convenient for exploring.

Rooms faced to railroads were noisy. The curtains of windows shold be offered both thin and thick ones.

The single room was a little basic and worn, with a "tired" shower, bed and sheets, but clean and fine for the money paid.

This place's convenient location near the train station, town center, gondola, and ski rental shop made it comfortable, with well-sized rooms offering a safe box.

Actually, we didn't like so much. Poor beds but clean. It could do for a one night sleep. Expensive for what they offer.

Although they state that there is no internet, there actually is but very limited. We sometimes had to sit outside the hotel room to access our emails. The rooms could probably be nicer but were fine for price

Nice little hotel located a short walk to the train station. A nice size room with a shower and an extremely comfy bed plus AC. Very attentive staff. Excellent breakfast and plenty of meals. Perfect, comfortable location close to the railway station.

the hotel staff in the morning was rude and unhelpful when asked questions-they would not believe the internet could go out and refused to check-they also did not re-stock the breakfast area after 8 even though it was supposed to be served until 10

The hotel is very close to the centre of the village and the garage is perfect for motorcycles. The rooms are really large!!
